Safeguarding and Documents

The safety of the culture and children of Medina Salam is important to the WYCE project.

The WYCE Gambia NGO takes the safeguarding of Africa’s children very seriously.

For this reason the NGO requires visitors to complete a declaration when booking a visit to the project.

You will also be required to read, sign and abide by the safeguarding regulations during your stay.

Visitor Declaration

When you book a visit to the WYCE compound, online, you will automatically be sent a declaration form. If you'd like to read one now then you can download the document here.

Official Safeguarding Rules

The Gambia has strict laws regarding the safeguarding of children, these supercede any documents obtained in other countries . You can read the full official document by clicking here.
